Scope of Work

  • Installation of (1) surface-mounted sub panel inside the electrical room
  • Installation of (1) dynamic load management device
  • Installation of (1) Level 2 240V hardwired EV charging station
  • Main panel load calculation to evaluate capacity
  • Required electrical permits, drawings and city inspections completed by Willow Glen Electric
  • Installation of code-compliant electrical wiring, conduit and various electrical components
  • Commissioning and validation of your charging station to ensure proper operation
  • One-year warranty on parts and labor

 

New Sub Panel (Parking Garages) - $1,100.00

  • Furnish and install one surface-mounted sub panel directly below the meter bank in the underground parking garage, tapping off the feeders for the 100 Amp house sub panel.
  • Install one 60 Amp circuit breaker in the sub panel to protect the new EV charging circuit properly.

Dynamic Load Management - $1,300.00

  • Dynamic load management (DLM) is a software-based system that controls the distribution of power to electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
  • These devices are designed to allow customers the ability to safely install EV charging for homes that have undersized electrical systems.

Tier One EVSE Installation* - $1,195.00

  • Install (1) customer supplied EV Charger within 30 Ft. of the Electrical Panel.

Tier Two EVSE Installation* - $1,399.00

  • Install (1) customer supplied EV Charger within 60 Ft. of the Electrical Panel.

Tier Three EVSE Installation* - $1,999.00

  • Install (1) customer supplied EV Charger within 90 Ft. of the Electrical Panel.

Tier Four EVSE Installation* - $2,399.00

  • Install (1) customer supplied EV Charger within 120 Ft. of the Electrical Panel.

Tier Five EVSE Installation* - $2,799.00

  • Install (1) customer supplied or Willow Glen Electric supplied EV Charger within 150FT. of the Electrical Panel.
  • If supplied by Willow Glen Electric this line item will be adjusted based on the cost of the charger.

Engineering & Inspections - $500

This proposal includes an Electrical Permit from your respective city. Trout Electric will complete the following to secure your permit:

  • Electrical Load Calculations
  • Engineering Diagrams
  • Site-Layout

*EXCLUSIONS - ALL INSTALLATIONS

  • This estimate does not include painting or color matching any electrical conduit.
