Great Customer Service!
Dear Mr.Cornelius, I thought you should know about the level of Service and value you are getting from your employees. My name is Tim Durbin and I had the pleasure of buying a 2003 Toyota Sequoia on July 15th, 2003. Your sales professional , Perry, took the time to make offers to me in a professional and non-hurried fashion. Perry is a true pro and an asset to your organization. Jeff your Sales Manager introduced himself and made the purchase easy, smooth and professional. Jeff will surely get referrals from me! In service I met Carlos. Talk about great customer service. My appoinment was made at a time of MY convenience and all the parts were ordered to expedite the appointment and a call back was made to keep me aware of everything. In addition, Carlos' manner is so cordial. You can't help but smile when you're around him. He is so pleasant! After the work was done the technician who installed my Supercharger came up to the service drive and ' explained everything and answered all of my questions. Is this level of service something I can count on every time? Carlos made me feel tha the best is yet to come. Amazing! I have owned 20 to 30 cars in my lifetime and buying a Toyota was new to me. The car is wonderful, the buying experience was wonderful and the Service department is wonderful. I live in Tracy and must drive past 15-20 Toyota dealerships to get to Stevens Creek Toyota.
